TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE — OSTERIA DELLA CHIOCCIOLA

1. SELLER INFORMATION This e-commerce site is operated by Osteria della Chiocciola, with headquarters at Via Fossano 1 - Cuneo, VAT No. 02641530049, email shop@osteriadellachiocciola.it, tel. +39 3381867741. By accessing and purchasing from our store, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. AGE OF MAJORITY The sale of alcoholic beverages is reserved exclusively to persons of legal age (18 years of age or older). By placing a purchase, the customer declares under his or her own responsibility that he or she is at least 18 years of age. Osteria della Chiocciola reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of doubt as to the purchaser's age.

3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT: The customer's submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon Osteria della Chiocciola's sending of the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of out-of-stock conditions, pricing errors, or delivery failure.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout. Payments are accepted by credit/debit card and PayPal, via the secure Shopify Payments platform. Osteria della Chiocciola does not store customer credit card information.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES (updated) Shipments are made via express courier in Italy and the European Union. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for Italy and 5–10 business days for EU countries, from payment confirmation. In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient's absence, the courier will leave a notice for a second delivery attempt.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. 7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA Personal data collected during the purchase process is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003. 8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (updated) These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the competent court is the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code.
