Barolo Bussia Colonnello Poderi Aldo Conterno - 2019

Barolo Bussia Colonnello is the second great soul of the Bussia cru crafted by Poderi Aldo Conterno. The Colonnello parcel, with its Tortonian soils that are sandier compared to Cicala, yields a Nebbiolo of great aromatic finesse and smoother tannins, while maintaining the structure and depth typical of Bussia. The 2019 vintage, an excellent year in the Langhe, expresses aromas of violet, ripe cherry, sweet tobacco, leather, and spices; on the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with a very long finish and remarkable aging potential.
