Chablis 'Premier Cru' A.Pic AOC 2023

Albert Pic’s Chablis Premier Cru “Mont de Milieu” is made from Chardonnay grapes and tells the story of one of the crus of the Chablis appellation in Burgundy. On the nose, it presents notes of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit and hints of honey; on the palate, it combines body, savoriness, and a pleasant mineral character.

A white wine to bring to the table with fish dishes, white meats, and cheeses, when you are looking for a Chardonnay with character and good structure.
