Annamaria Clementi Rosé 2012 by Ca' Del Bosco is the flagship cuvée of the Brescia-based winery, dedicated to its founder. Produced using the traditional method and aged for over 7 years on its lees, this Franciacorta Rosé offers rare elegance and complexity. The nose opens with notes of small red berries, rose, candied citrus, and subtle minerality. On the palate, it is creamy and enveloping, with a very fine perlage and a very long, persistent finish.
