A pure Chardonnay that embodies Piero Busso's dedication to the land and to quality. A refined addition to the range, which stands out for its pronounced freshness and harmonious acidity. Fruity notes emerge with elegance, offering a balanced and persistent sip.
It comes from the vineyards of Neive, on calcareous soil at an altitude of 180 meters with a northeast exposure. The vines, between 25 and 50 years old, are Guyot-trained on 1.30 hectares of estate-owned land. The vinification involves whole-cluster soft pressing and aging on the lees until bottling, which takes place the following year. Bottle aging of at least 6 months completes the wine's evolution, enhancing its fruity and soft structure.
