The Barbaresco Gallina comes from the cru of the same name in Neive, one of the most highly regarded in the entire denomination, where the Busso family carefully cultivates vineyards of pure Nebbiolo. In the glass, it is elegant and profound: notes of rose and violet, ripe cherry, and a spicy undertone, supported by fine tannins and a long, persistent finish. A wine of great balance, already pleasant while young but destined to evolve for years in the bottle.
