Dolcetto d'Alba “Rossana” Ceretto DOC 2024

The Dolcetto d’Alba DOC Rossana 2024 by Ceretto is a red wine from Piedmont that puts the pleasure of fruit front and center. It comes from the Rossana vineyard, just outside Alba, and captures the most convivial side of the Langhe: aromas of cherry and small woodland berries, floral notes and a delicate hint of spice.

Vinification and ageing in stainless steel let the Dolcetto’s character shine through, without adding any oak notes. In the glass, it is ruby red with violet highlights; the palate is fragrant and medium-bodied, with fine tannins and balanced freshness. The finish echoes the fruit, with a subtle hint of black pepper.

We recommend it with a charcuterie board, our tajarin with ragù or white meat mains. A bottle to place at the center of the table for a family lunch or dinner with friends.
