Sauvignon Winkl Terlan DOC - 2024

Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon 'Winkl' 2024 Terlan is a South Tyrolean white wine of great precision, produced by Cantina Terlano from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown between 280 and 580 meters on sandy and gravelly soils of porphyritic origin. In the glass, it shows an intense straw yellow with delicate greenish reflections. The aromatic profile weaves together apricot, mandarin, passion fruit, elderflower, gooseberry, and mint. On the palate, it is fresh, structured, and mineral, with fine acidity and an aromatic finish. An elegant and versatile Alto Adige DOC, ideal with fish, shellfish, seasonal vegetables, and refined Mediterranean cuisine.
